HUNTINGTON — A master’s graduate from Marietta College has joined the Mountain Health Network’s strategic marketing department.
Megan Archer, MCM, is the Network’s Head of Digital Marketing and Media.
Archer manages social media channels and websites for network members including Cabell Huntington Hospital, St. Mary’s Medical Center, Hoops Family Children’s Hospital and Edwards Comprehensive Cancer Center. She is also the media relations representative for Cabell Huntington Hospital.
Archer was previously social media manager and communications coordinator for the West Virginia Department of Education. Previously, she was Associate Director of Communications for Marshall University, where she supported the university’s overall marketing and public relations efforts.
“Megan brings a lot of experience and energy and will be a great addition to MHN’s strategic marketing team,” said Lisa Chamberlin Stump, the network’s chief strategy officer. “His talents will play a valuable role as we continue to seek innovative ways to share the services and expertise of our members and suppliers through digital channels.”
Archer received a master’s degree in corporate media from Marietta College and a bachelor of arts in public relations from Marshall University.
She is a member of the Junior League of Huntington and the Big Brothers, Big Sisters of the Tri-State, and is a professional counselor for the Public Relations Student Society of America at Marshall University.
