Audi of America appoints Emilie Cotter as Senior Vice President and Director of Communications
In his role, Cotter will be responsible for defining and leading a brand-focused communications strategy for Audi of America. In addition to corporate, product and lifestyle communications, Cotter will oversee the government affairs team at Audi of America. Its role focuses on internal and external stakeholder groups – including the media, dealers, partners, and state and federal government decision-makers.

Cotter joined Audi of America as Director, Corporate and Brand Communication September 2020, a leader in public relations strategy for brand, corporate and lifestyle communications.
Prior to his time at Audi of America, Cotter held positions in various industries, leading teams in communications, branding and entertainment. She previously held the position of chef Brand manager for Marketplace, overseeing PR and Marketing, as well as SVP and Partner at FleishmanHillard, Strategy Leader on Ad Campaigns, Events, Partnerships and Crisis Work. In addition, she was responsible for corporate and brand communications for Lucasfilm, Ltd., responsible for internal and external communications.
Cotter holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Southern California Annenberg School Communication.
