
LONDON — Sage, the accounting, finance, HR and payroll technology company, has promoted Amy Lawson to the leadership team as director of general affairs. In his new role, Lawson will lead the company’s external and internal reputation and engagement, leading Sage’s global network of communicators. The team’s responsibilities include public relations with companies and customers, relations with industry analysts, communications with colleagues and public affairs. Lawson joined Sage in 2015 as Head of Corporate Communications. Previously, she ran media operations for the Cabinet Office and was communications manager for Channel 4 News. Sage has also recruited David Ginivan, former corporate affairs director at Vectura and AstraZeneca, as vice president of external communications, and Shoshana Whybrow, as vice president of peer communications, from Tesco. Last year the company appointed Finsbury Glover Hering as its sales agency.
LONDON — Former Golin London chief executive Bibi Hilton (pictured) has been promoted to CEO of Creative Access, the social enterprise aimed at improving diversity in the creative industries. Hilton, who joined last year as director of communications, will transition to general manager in September. Current CEO Josie Dobrin will continue to work alongside Hilton as Executive Chairman.
LONDON — Health communications agency ZPB Associates has appointed David Rowley as adviser to the board. Rowley was the founder and CEO of Huntsworth Health, then co-founder and CEO of Open Health. As a member of ZPB’s Board of Directors, David will support the company’s growth, including deepening its reach into the pharmaceutical sector through the expanded market access and insights offering it has launched. Last year. ZPB has also hired Céline Parmentier as Director of Pharmaceutical Services. She has led teams and campaigns at a number of healthcare advertising agencies, including building a team for the Havas Lynx Group, attracting clients and driving business success. Celine has led global drug launches with strategic brand development, creative campaigns and tactical delivery in a variety of therapeutic areas.
LONDON — Integrated communications and content agency The 10 Group has appointed its first chairwoman, Tamara Ingram, who is stepping down from her former position as non-executive chairwoman of Wunderman Thompson, where she was previously the agency’s first female CEO. She has also held leadership positions at Gray Group, McCann Worldgroup and Saatchi and Saatchi, and as chair of horizontal teams at WPP. In his new role, Ingram will work with The 10 Group’s Board of Directors to drive its five-year transformation strategy. Recent agency clients include Cartier and Meta.
DUBAI — The PRCA has appointed Monika Fourneaux-Ceskova as head of the EMEA. She succeeds PRCA MENA’s Chief Executive, Hayley Clements, who is leaving the association after two years during which the PRCA has grown across the Middle East. Fourneaux-Ceskova’s new role includes management of the MENA region, as well as Europe and Africa. She comes to the association with more than 10 years of experience as a marketing and communications manager, notably at UFI, the trade association for the trade fair and exhibition industry.
LONDON — Integrated B2B marketing services firm Bluestripe Group has appointed digital strategist Adam Libonatti-Roche as its first head of digital strategy. Libonatti-Roche joins Bluestripe with over 10 years of digital marketing experience on B2B and consumer brands such as The Drum, Golin, Cannes Lions and Nintendo. The appointment comes as Bluestripe expands its digital B2B offering, encompassing creative social, content and influencer strategies across paid, earned and organic strategies. Libonatti-Roche will lead this expansion with the development of a suite of new digital product and service offerings.
