By Max Jaeger (December 9, 2021, 6:36 p.m. EST) – A group of minor league baseball players suing MLB alleging starvation wages raised the threat of sanctions on Wednesday as they asked a California court to overturn the sports governing body’s proposal to exclude their witness’s testimony for damages.
In the October motions, MLB argued that J. Michael Dennis’ 2016 investigation into the number of hours worked by players in stadiums is too riddled with errors to support damages calculations. by Brian Kriegler, and said both should be left out.
